Instructions
 

  • Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Cheese: Stir in shredded cheese until melted and combined. Add ketchup or mustard if desired.
  • Prep Dough: Roll out dough and cut into squares or triangles.
  • Fill & Roll: Spoon beef mixture onto dough pieces. Roll tightly and seal edges.
  • Brush with Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over rollups.
  • Bake: Place on baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
