Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted or minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Garlic:

  • oast garlic by wrapping cloves in foil with olive oil and baking at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or finely mince raw garlic for a sharper flavor.

Mix the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth.

  • Stir in roasted garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

Bake the Dip:

  • Transfer mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Spread evenly.
