Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into cubes
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds or spears
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional extras: grated Parmesan, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Prep Steak: Cut steak into bite‑sized cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Sear Steak: Heat olive oil in a cast‑iron skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes and sear until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Make Garlic Butter: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  • Cook Zucchini: Add zucchini to the skillet. Sauté until tender but still crisp, about 3–4 minutes.
  • Combine: Return steak to the pan. Toss everything together in the garlic butter until coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with extra parsley or Parmesan. Serve immediately with sides of choice.
