Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or Dijon mustard
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or thyme

Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear Chicken Heat skillet over medium-high. Add 1 tbsp butter. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  • Make Butter Sauce Lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter, honey, and optional lemon juice or mustard. Stir in chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Glaze Chicken Return chicken to skillet. Spoon sauce over each piece. Simmer 1–2 minutes to coat.
  • Serve Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve hot with sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or veggies.
