Ingredients
  

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 graham crackers, crushed or broken into small pieces
  • 1 milk chocolate bar (about 4 oz), broken into squares
  • 16–24 mini marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional for brushing)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Prepare the Dough

    Open the crescent roll package and carefully unroll the dough.Separate it into the 8 triangular sections.
  • Add the Filling

    Place a small amount of graham cracker pieces near the wide end of each triangle.
    Add one square of chocolate and 2–3 mini marshmallows on top.
  • Roll the Crescents

    Starting from the wide end, gently roll the dough toward the pointed tip, tucking the filling inside.
    Lightly press the edges to seal.
  • Arrange on Baking Sheet

    Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
    Optional: brush lightly with melted butter for extra golden color.
  • Bake

    Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and flaky.
  • Cool Slightly

    Let the rolls cool for 3–5 minutes before serving since the filling will be very hot.

Notes

Do not overfill
Too much chocolate or marshmallow can cause the filling to leak during baking.
Mini marshmallows work best
They melt more evenly and stay inside the dough better.
Use parchment paper
This prevents sticky marshmallow from sticking to the pan.

Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes until golden.
