Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (fresh or shredded)
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (optional, for filling or dipping)
  • ½ cup pepperoni or other toppings (optional)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Dough: Roll pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Add Filling: Spread a thin layer of marinara (optional), then sprinkle mozzarella and toppings evenly.
  • Roll & Slice: Roll tightly into a log. Slice into 1–2 inch pieces.
  • Bake: Place rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  • Garlic Butter Glaze: Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over rolls immediately after baking.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm with marinara, ranch, or spicy aioli for dipping.
