  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup powdered sugar + 1–2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Prepare Pastry: Cut puff pastry into 12 squares. Fold corners inward or shape cups.
  • Add Filling: Spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture into each square. Add jam if desired.
  • Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  • Cool & Glaze: Cool slightly, then drizzle glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
