Ingredients

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg (or ¼ cup milk for vegan option)

Instructions
 

  • Prep apples: Wash, peel (optional), and slice into fry-like sticks. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Make coating: In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and optional spices.
  • Dip & coat: Dip apple sticks into egg wash or milk, then roll in coating mixture until evenly covered.
