Ingredients
  

Dough:

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ onion, finely chopped

Cheese & Topping:

  • 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar, shredded
  • ½ cup grated cheese for topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Dough Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and butter. Knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour until doubled.
  • Make Filling Combine shredded chicken, mayo, chili sauce, garlic, and onion. Chill for 20 minutes to firm.
  • Shape Buns Divide dough into 12 portions. Flatten, add filling and cheese, then seal. Place on baking tray.
  • Bake Brush with egg wash, sprinkle cheese, parsley, and sesame seeds. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
