- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, feta, or Parmesan)
Preheat oven: 375°F (190°C). Pat chicken dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Prepare tzatziki sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Chop vegetables: Dice bell pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes.
Layer casserole: Spread vegetables evenly in the baking dish. Place chicken on top.
