Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each, thawed)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten (or 2 tbsp olive oil for coating)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prep Cod: Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Make Coating: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, and parsley.
  • Coat Fillets: Dip each fillet in beaten egg (or brush with olive oil), then dredge in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place fillets in basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with cooking oil.
  • Cook: Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve: Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh herbs. Serve hot with dipping sauce or sides.
