- 1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter

Make Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Slowly add milk, whisking until thickened. Stir in cheese, thyme, and rosemary. Season to taste.
Assemble Casserole: Place roasted vegetables in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce evenly over them.
