- ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan or 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 cups spinach or chopped kale
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
