Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (full-fat or light)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or white wine/cider vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (or 1 tbsp grated onion)
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon sugar, honey, or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1–2 tablespoons water (to thin, if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a mason jar, bowl, or blender.

Mix:

  • Jar: Shake vigorously until smooth.
  • Whisk: Stir until emulsified and herbs are evenly distributed.
  • Blender: Blend for 20–30 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  • Adjust: Taste and adjust seasoning, sweetness, or thickness. Add water to thin if needed.
