- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
- 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or Gouda/Havarti)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Prepare Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Layer Ingredients: Place bottom half in baking dish. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly.
Replace Tops: Place top half of rolls back on.
Brush with Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush over tops.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
Slice & Serve: Use a serrated knife to cut into sliders. Serve warm.
