Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (or Gouda/Havarti)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  • Layer Ingredients: Place bottom half in baking dish. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese evenly.
  • Replace Tops: Place top half of rolls back on.
  • Brush with Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush over tops.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5–10 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  • Slice & Serve: Use a serrated knife to cut into sliders. Serve warm.
