Ingredients
  

  • 1½ lbs chicken tenders
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken: Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  • Make Coating: Mix ranch dressing, cheddar, Parmesan, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Coat Chicken: Dip tenders into ranch-cheese mixture.
  • Dredge: Roll coated tenders in crushed crackers or breadcrumbs until evenly covered.

Bake or Air-Fry:

  • Oven: Place on parchment-lined sheet, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minute
  • Air Fryer: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauces.
