Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Sauté spinach if using fresh: cook until wilted, then cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • Whisk eggs in a large bowl. Add cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
  • Fold in spinach and any optional add-ins. Stir gently to combine.
  • Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top.
