- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups beef broth or water
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Brown Beef: In a large pot, cook beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add Aromatics: Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
