Ingredients
  

  • 1½ cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
  • 1 package (16 oz) shelf-stable or frozen gnocchi
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • Optional: garlic powder, fresh parsley, red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • Add chicken to the bacon fat and sauté until warmed and lightly golden.
  • Lower heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
  • Add ranch seasoning, cheddar, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Cook gnocchi separately according to package instructions, then drain and add to skillet.
  • Fold gently to coat gnocchi in sauce.
  • Stir in bacon and optional herbs or spices.
  • Simmer briefly, then serve hot.
