Ingredients
  

  • 4 hoagie rolls or ciabatta
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup banana peppers or pickles
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: parmesan, red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Lay out meats, cheese, and veggies on a large cutting board.
  • Chop everything together into small, uniform pieces using a sharp knife.
  • Transfer chopped mix to a bowl. Add mayo, olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Slice bread rolls and scoop the mixture generously into each one.
  • Optional: Toast sandwiches in a panini press or oven for a warm, melty version.
  • Serve immediately or wrap tightly for later.
