Instructions
 

  • Make crepe batter: Whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Rest for 5–10 minutes.
  • Cook crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter, swirling to coat. Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook briefly. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Prepare chocolate filling: Heat cream in a saucepan until warm. Pour over chocolate and stir until smooth. Add butter if desired.
  • Fill crepes: Spread chocolate filling over each crepe. Fold into quarters or roll into cylinders.
  • Garnish: Dust with powdered sugar, add berries, or top with whipped cream.
