Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar (dough)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk, warm
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix and knead dough, proof until doubled.
  • Prepare chocolate-cinnamon filling.
  • Roll dough, spread filling, shape into rolls.
  • Second rise 30–45 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes.
  • Optional: prepare and drizzle glaze.
  • Serve warm.
