Cookie Dough Layer:

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Bake Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line pan with parchment. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa, and salt. Spread batter in pan and bake 25 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Prepare Cookie Dough: Heat-treat flour (bake at 350°F for 5 minutes or microwave until safe). Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla, then stir in cooled flour. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  • Layer Cookie Dough: Spread cookie dough evenly over cooled brownies. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Cut into Bites: Use a sharp knife to cut into squares or rounds. Wipe knife between cuts for clean edges.
