Chicken

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Fries

  • 4 cups hand-cut or frozen fries
  • Garlic salt or paprika for seasoning
  • Optional: parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  • Make Sauce Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant. Slowly stir in warmed cream, then add Parmesan, chili flakes, cayenne, lemon juice, and salt. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine Chicken and Sauce Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over each fillet. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to absorb flavor.
  • Cook Fries Bake or air fry fries until crispy. Season with garlic salt or paprika while hot.
  • Serve Plate chicken over fries or side-by-side. Spoon extra sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley or chives.
