- 1 French baguette or ciabatta loaf, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb medium to large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon zest, chopped green onions for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the bread lengthwise and place cut side up on a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet.
