Cornstarch Coating
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
Sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Milk (for brushing)
Make Dough: Mix flour, yeast, milk, water, egg, honey, oil, butter, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Prepare Chicken: Marinate cubed chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, sambal oelek, soy sauce, and egg for 15 minutes.
Coat & Fry: Toss chicken in cornstarch mix. Fry until golden and crispy. Drain excess oil.
