Ingredients
  

For Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

For Lasagna Rolls

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (rotisserie or grilled), shredded
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for topping)
  • Optional garnish: extra parsley, cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil Noodles: Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
  • Make Alfredo Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté. Stir in cream, seasonings, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
  • Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, chicken, and parsley. Season to taste.
  • Assemble Rolls: Spread Alfredo sauce in baking dish. Spoon filling onto each noodle, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  • Top & Bake: Pour remaining sauce over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
  • Serve: Let cool slightly. Garnish and serve warm.
