Ingredients

  • 16–20 small cubes mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)
  • Marinara or ranch dip (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare dough: Divide dough into 16–20 equal portions.
  • Stuff with cheese: Flatten each portion, place a cheese cube in the center, and pinch edges to seal. Roll into a ball.
  • Garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt. Brush over each ball.
  • Bake: Arrange balls on baking sheet. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Finish: Brush with extra garlic butter after baking. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
