Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee (espresso, cold brew, or strong brewed)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (whey, plant-based, or collagen)
  • 1 tablespoon caramel syrup (or caramel-flavored protein powder)
  • ½ to 1 cup milk or milk alternative (almond, oat, soy, or dairy milk)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or heavy cream for extra creaminess
  • Optional sweeteners: honey, maple syrup, or stevia (to taste)
  • Optional flavor boosters: ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a blender, combine chilled coffee, protein powder, caramel syrup, milk, and ice cubes. Add optional ingredients if using.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding sweetener or more milk as desired; blend briefly again if needed.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with caramel drizzle or coffee beans if desired. Serve immediately.
