Instructions

  • Layer & Bake: Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie base. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.

  • Prepare Caramel: Heat sugar in saucepan until melted and amber. Add butter, then cream, whisking until smooth. Stir in sea salt. Cool slightly.
