Instructions
 

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, and espresso powder.
  • Fold Together: Add dry mixture to wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Add Chocolate: Fold in chips or chunks.
  • Prepare Pan: Grease loaf pan and line with parchment.
  • Bake: Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–55 minutes, until edges are set but center remains slightly soft.
