Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in cheese and optional mix-ins.
  • Scoop or shape dough into 8 biscuits and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and firm.
  • Cool slightly before serving or store for later.
