Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and optional paprika.
  • Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

  • Add Cream & Parmesan: Stir in cream and Parmesan, whisking until smooth. Add chicken broth if sauce is too thick. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  • Simmer Chicken: Return chicken to skillet. Simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through and infused with sauce.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
