- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
