Noodles & Cheese

  • 12 oz egg noodles or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Beef & Sauce: Brown beef in a skillet until caramelized. Drain fat. Add onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
  • Cook Pasta: Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain.
  • Layer Casserole: In a greased baking dish, layer half the noodles, half the beef mixture, and half the cheese. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  • Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
