Ingredients
  

  • 4–6 hoagie rolls or sub buns
  • ½ lb salami slices
  • ½ lb pepperoni slices
  • ½ lb ham or capicola slices
  • 6–8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup banana peppers
  • ½ cup sliced onions
  • ¼ cup black olives (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or mustard (optional)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Lettuce and tomato (added after baking)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Rolls: Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise, leaving one side attached. Brush inside lightly with garlic butter.
  • Layer Fillings: Add meats, cheese, banana peppers, onions, and olives. Spread condiments if desired.
  • Bake: Wrap subs in foil for gooey texture or leave uncovered for crisp crust. Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden.
  • Finish & Serve: Remove from oven, unwrap, and add lettuce and tomato. Serve warm with chips or salad.
