Ingredients
  

  • 4 sturdy hoagie rolls or ciabatta loaves
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced onions or peppers
  • ¼ cup banana peppers or pickles
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare garlic butter: Mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley. Brush inside of bread rolls generously.
  • Layer meats and cheeses: Add salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella evenly across each roll.
  • Add vegetables and toppings: Layer onions, peppers, or banana peppers. Drizzle lightly with Italian dressing if desired.
  • Bake: Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
  • Finish: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Slice and serve warm.
