Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 package Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
  • Bold Tip: Let Boursin sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before using for smoother melting.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place salmon fillets in a lightly greased baking dish. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dot Boursin cheese evenly over the fillets.
  • Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon. Add Dijon mustard if using.
  • Add optional veggies like cherry tomatoes or spinach around the salmon.
  • Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C) internal temperature.
  • Spoon melted Boursin sauce over the salmon before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
