Crumble Topping:
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp softened butter
Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Make the Dough Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk, egg, and melted butter. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1–2 hours until doubled.
Prepare FillingsCheesecake: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.Apples: Sauté diced apples with butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until tender. Cool. Shape the Buns Divide dough into 12 balls. Flatten each into a disc and press a well in the center. Fill with 1 tbsp cheesecake and 1 tbsp apple mixture.
