  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Vegetables: Peel and dice potatoes. Chop onion and garlic. Drain beans if using canned.
  • Cook Base: In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic in butter or oil until fragrant. Add thyme.
  • Add Broth & Ingredients: Pour in broth. Add potatoes, beans, corn, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
