Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Prep Pickles: Slice pickles in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out a shallow cavity. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Make Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and any optional add-ins until smooth.
  • Stuff Pickles: Spoon filling into each pickle half, pressing gently to fill.
  • Optional Coating: Press stuffed side into breadcrumbs or pork rinds. Lightly spray or brush with oil or butter.
  • Air Fry: Arrange pickles stuffed side up in air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
