Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 packet (or 2 tbsp) ranch seasoning
  • 2 eggs (or ½ cup buttermilk or Greek yogurt)
  • Cooking spray or oil mist
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Prep Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  • Make Coating: Mix panko breadcrumbs with ranch seasoning and optional spices.
  • Dip & Coat: Whisk eggs (or use buttermilk/yogurt). Dip chicken pieces, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  • Preheat Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange & Spray: Place chicken in a single layer in the basket. Lightly spray with oil.
  • Cook: Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve: Let cool slightly. Serve with dipping sauces or sides.
