Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head fresh cauliflower, cut into 1.5-2 inch florets
  • 1–2 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or 3 cloves fresh minced garlic)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional seasonings: curry powder, chili flakes, nutritional yeast, Parmesan, herbs, hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Prepare cauliflower: Wash and cut into uniform florets. Dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or towels.
  • Optional soak/blanch: Soak in cold water 30 minutes or blanch 2 minutes, then dry completely.
  • Preheat air fryer: To 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Season: Toss florets in oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  • Arrange: Spread in a single layer in air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
  • Cook: Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through. Cook longer if needed for desired crispness.
  • Serve: Garnish or toss with sauces, serve immediately for best texture.
