Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents Recipe


  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the crescent roll dough package.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, green onion (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the sausage cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll up each crescent triangle starting from the wide end and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
  6. Bake the crescents in the preheated oven according to the package instructions for the crescent roll dough, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
