Ingredients
FOR THE PANCAKE MIX
- 1 egg
- 20g milk
- 30g plain flour
- 10g sugar
- 100g ricotta cheese
- 1g baking powder
- 25g crème fraiche
- 35g blueberries
- Honey
instruction
- Pre-heat two small pancake pans and add a little clarified butter to both
- Weigh out 75g of pancake mix for each pan
- Add the batter to the pans and cook on a medium heat until golden brown
- Flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown and fluffy
- Serve with crème fraiche, London honey and blueberries
