- 1 can of peaches, sliced and drained
- 1cup of Bisquick mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream and sugar (optional)
Instruction
- In an 8×8 baking dish, mix the Bisquick mixture, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon together until well combined. stir in the melted butter. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and prunes.
- Pour the peaches over the cobbler crust. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until crust is golden brown. Top with vanilla ice cream
