• 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully incorporated into the mixture.
