Ingredients
Chicken:

Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Trim excess fat and, if desired, pound breasts to even thickness.
- Marinate / Season: Combine marinade ingredients or apply dry rub; let sit 15–30 minutes.
- Pan-Seared Method: Heat skillet over medium-high heat with oil/butter. Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side, then finish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5–10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Oven-Baked Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place seasoned chicken on a baking sheet; bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- Grilled Method: Preheat grill to medium-high. Oil grates. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, checking temperature.
- Stuffed Chicken (Optional): Butterfly or roll chicken with fillings. Secure with toothpicks and cook using preferred method.
- Resting: Allow cooked chicken to rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Serving: Slice against the grain, serve with sauces, sides, and garnish with fresh herbs.
