Meatloaf recipe


  • 2 Egg
  •  2/3 cup milk
  • 32  Ritz cookies, crushed
  •  1/2 cup chopped onion
  •  4 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  •  1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds of mince
  •  1/2 cup ketchup
  •  1/2 cup brown sugar
  •  1 teaspoon mustard


  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Whisk the eggs. Add milk and biscuits. Stir in the onion and cheese. Add mince. Mix well. Shape in a loaf.
  3. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard for filling. Pour half the filling over the meat loaf 30 minutes after cooking. Return the bread to the oven for another 10 minutes. Place the rest of the filling on the meat loaf, return to the oven and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
