Ingredients
- 1 cup thick Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- ½ cup peanut butter (natural or creamy)
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional)
- Optional mix-ins: dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, chopped nuts, dried fruit
- Optional toppings: melted chocolate drizzle, cocoa powder, crushed nuts
Instructions
- Blend base: Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and optional flavorings in a bowl or blender until smooth.
- Add mix-ins: Fold in chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, or dried fruit gently.
- Portion into molds: Spoon mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin trays, or ice cube trays. Smooth tops.
- Freeze: Place molds on a tray and freeze 2–4 hours, or until firm.
- Store: Pop bites out of molds and transfer to airtight freezer-safe containers, layering parchment paper if needed.
- Optional finishing touches: Drizzle with melted chocolate, dust with cocoa powder, or sprinkle crushed nuts before serving.
